Christmas Choir Cantata - Christmas Presence

Sunday, December 23, 2018  |  6:00 pm

Free

The demands of the season battles for our attention, our time, and our focus. However, the very thing that brings us together at Christmas demands that we are present to reflect and moved by Christ's birth. In this work, the concept of being present weaves throughout the music and narration and presents a challenge to experience Christmas in God's presence and the presence of those around us. (from the publisher of Christmas Presence)

The CBC choir presents, Christmas Presence December 23 at 6:00 pm. Join us for an evening focused on Christ.

Thanksgiving Food Drive Bowl 2018

Posted by Alan on October 16, 2018

The Thanksgiving Food Drive Bowl kicks off October 14. We'll collect food through November 14

Donate non-perishable food to help those in need. And gain yards to help your team get down the field.

The two teams are the Awana kids and staff vs. the CBC adults. Every 5 items counts as 1 yard. 100 yards equals a touchdown!

Place donated items in your team's collection bin in the foyer. On Wednesday for Awana, look for the Awana team bin near the check in area and a collection table in ParkPlace for Puggles and Cubbies.

All the food donated will go to the Derby Community Food Pantry.

Thanks for giving!
