Junior Camp is an exciting 4 day camp for kids in 2nd-5th grade (completed Spring 2023) who will be at least 8 years old by September 1.
This experience isn’t just a fun-filled adventure - it’s a full-fledged camping experience, complete with games, activities, team-building, Biblical teaching, and Bible memorization.
We put a real emphasis on teaching kids the Bible. Through Bible memorization, Bible quizzing, and engaging teaching, the kids get a deeper knowledge and understanding of Jesus Christ. The counselors and staff are volunteers from Calvary and are ready to have a blast with the campers!
Wheat State Retreat Center is only 30 minutes away in Augusta on the east side of Santa Fe Lake. We will rent the Wheat State facility, but we will still take our own CBC staff and run our own program with the Marlowes and Pastor Caleb. Wheat State has a lot of cool things to do! All of our favorite activities like Gaga ball, carpet ball, and swimming in the lake will be there — plus games like Giant Billiards, Human Foosball and 4-way ping-pong!
Camp runs Sunday morning through Wednesday morning.

The total cost of Junior Camp is $195 – but if registration and payment are received during the month of May, you can save $50! Register online now – the final deadline is June 30th.

2023 Theme: The Life of Joseph
Prepare for camp early by reading and studying Genesis chapters 37-45 from the Bible. The "Passage Study" download (found near the top of this page) gives you all the pieces of the story you should know.
Pray and ask the Lord to help you remember His Word and understand His plan for your life as you think about these passages.
